Our Goal

We want you to feel confident purchasing quality used gear.
Every kayak, SUP, and accessory is inspected, tested, and accurately described prior to sale.

All Sales Final

Because our products are pre-owned, all sales are considered final.
However, your satisfaction matters — please read the exceptions below.

Incorrect or Misrepresented Items

If you receive an item that is significantly different from the description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details.

We will review and, if eligible, offer one of the following:

  • Replacement (if similar inventory is available)

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

Our goal is to make things right if we made an error.

Damage During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the item and packaging

  2. Contact us within 48 hours

We will help start a carrier claim and work with you toward a fair resolution.

Condition Disclosure

We sell used outdoor gear, which may show signs of previous adventure.
Cosmetic wear such as:

  • Minor scratches or scuffs

  • Normal material wear

  • Small patches or repair marks (clearly noted when present)

is not considered grounds for a refund.

We always strive to be upfront and transparent in our listings.

Returns Not Accepted For

  • Buyer’s remorse / changed mind

  • Fit, size, or style preference

  • Normal wear of used gear

  • Damage occurring after delivery

Inspection Before Pickup

For local pickup, you may inspect items at pickup.
Once picked up, the sale is final.

Store Credit & Warranty

We do not offer warranties on used gear.
However, we may offer store credit in specific situations at our discretion.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Because our products are pre-owned and inspected before shipment, processing time may vary slightly based on product condition verification and packaging.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship across the United States using trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after processing.

Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee — contact us prior to purchase if you need faster delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.
Inflatable kayaks and paddleboards are bulky; we work hard to secure the most affordable rates and do not add handling fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Local Pickup (Ventura, CA)

Local pickup is available by appointment for customers near Ventura, California.
Select “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll contact you to schedule pickup time.

Packaging

To reduce waste, we ship using recycled and reclaimed packaging materials whenever possible — part of our commitment to re-use and sustainability 🌎.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
We’ll work with the carrier to file a claim and find a resolution quickly.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We're working on future options!
